Actual Day Wedding
Starting in 2027, I am committed to an exclusive booking policy: only one wedding client will be accepted per Saturday and Sunday. This ensures your bridal makeup and hair is met with my full creative energy and undivided attention. This limited availability guarantees that every client receives the dedicated, high-quality artistry and service without feeling rushed.
*Mum/entourage makeovers at separate locations will be provided by an associate makeup artist.
**Groom makeup and hair to be provided alongside a bridal or entourage makeover session at the same location.
Pre-Wedding Photoshoot
*PWS package is applicable from Mon – Thurs only.
Regular Makeover
Perfect for wedding entourage, casual & family photoshoots, special events, and more.
Regular makeovers are strictly not applicable for wedding or solemnization.
Note: For photoshoots lasting three hours or more, follow-through service is highly recommended. This add-on includes mid-shoot touch-ups and optional hairstyle changes to ensure your makeup and hair stays perfect in our warm and humid weather.

Services Offered
Gaby provides professional makeup application services for various occasions, including weddings, special events, and photoshoots, as agreed upon with the client.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than the day of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for deposits paid.
Rescheduling
Clients are allowed to reschedule the appointment once, free of charge, up to one year from the original date, subject to Gaby’s availability. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a fee of 30% of the total service cost.
If Gaby is unavailable on the rescheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited. If Gaby cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit, and Gaby will assist in recommending another makeup artist if necessary.
Adjustment of Timeslots
Once the deposit is paid, the date and timeslot are reserved exclusively for the client. Any changes to the scheduled time must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to Gaby’s availability.
Studio Trial
Studio trials are available Monday through Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, typically scheduled approximately one month prior to the wedding date.
Loan of Hair Accessories or Extensions
Hair accessories or extensions may be loaned without a deposit.
Clients are responsible for returning all items within 2 weeks via registered mail or by dropping them in the designated mailbox.
Client Responsibility
The client must provide accurate information regarding any skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect makeup application. Gaby will not be held responsible for any health or medical complications arising from makeup application or hairstyling.
Portfolio Usage
Gaby reserves the right to use photographs taken during the session (including before-and-after images) for promotional purposes on her website, portfolio, and social media platforms. Clients who do not wish to have their images shared must notify Gaby in writing prior to the appointment.
Agreement
By submitting the booking deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
