Services Offered
Gaby provides professional makeup application services for various occasions, including weddings, special events, and photoshoots, as agreed upon with the client.

Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the scheduled service.

Cancellation
In the event the client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Rescheduling
Clients are allowed to reschedule the appointment once, free of charge, up to one year from the original date, subject to Gaby’s availability. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a fee of 30% of the total service cost.
If Gaby is unavailable on the rescheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited. If Gaby cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit, and Gaby will assist in recommending another makeup artist if necessary.

Adjustment of Timeslots
Once the deposit is received, the date and timeslots are secured for the client. Should there be any changes to the timing, please notify Gaby as soon as possible. Any adjustments made after the deposit is paid are subject to Gaby’s availability.

Deposit Payment
Upon receiving the invoice, the date and timeslot will be held for 24 hours pending deposit payment. If the deposit is not received within this 24-hour period, the timeslot will be released.

Client Responsibility
The client must provide accurate information regarding any skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect makeup application. Gaby will not be held responsible for any health or medical complications arising from makeup application or hairstyling.

Portfolio Usage
Gaby reserves the right to use images taken during the makeup session (including before and after shots) for portfolio purposes on her website and social media. If you prefer not to have your images shared, please notify Gaby in writing prior to your session.

Agreement
By paying the booking deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
